Can I order without account?
You can make an order in our webshop without creating an account. However, you are advised to do so, as it will make ordering in the future much easier. Also, being a member of Style and Stories will give you great benefits:

Is my personal information kept privately?
Style and Stories respects your privacy, and therefore ensures that your personal details remain confidential. When you shop at Style and Stories, we may access information about your usage of our website so that we can develop and improve further. Our privacy policy explains what information is collected, how it is collected and what it is used for.
I cannot login, what do I do?
In case of login problems you can contact us for assistance by our chat service or by e-mail at customercare@styleandstories.com.
I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?
You can request a new password by using the ‘Forgot Password?’ link. Complete the requested steps and you will have access to your account again.
How is it possible that an article I added to my shopping bag, was suddenly sold out when I came to the checkout?
The moment you add an article to your shopping bag, it will be reserved for you. Unfortunately there is a slight possibility that another customer buys the last article before you have arrived at the checkout. When you’re logged in, the articles added to your shopping bag are saved for 7 days. Style and Stories cannot guarantee that articles in your shopping bag will be available at a later date.
Will items that are sold out on the website be restocked?
In some cases it is indeed possible that an item will be restocked after it has been sold out. We advise you to contact us by our chat service or by mail at customercare@styleandstories.com in case you wish to enquire about the availability of a specific item.
I received a couponcode, how do I use this?
To use a couponcode, you need to fill in the code on the Shopping Bag page in the designated area. It is wise to copy paste the code, so that no mistakes can be made with for example capital letters or spaces. After this, click the Apply button. Your discount will be immediately calculated. You cannot use your couponcode multiple times.
What are the delivery costs?
When purchasing at Styles and Stories the costs and insurance for standard delivery are covered by Style and Stories on orders over 100 euro in the BENELUX and on orders over 250 euro in the rest of the EU. For all order with a lower value you will have to bear the shipping costs, please see the scheme below for the delivery options and the costs involved. Due to holiday closure all orders placed between the 18th of February until the 11th of March will be shipped after the 11th of March!

How is my order delivered?
PostNL
Standard shipments within Europe are delivered by DHL or the Dutch mail and parcel company PostNL. They are the leading mail and parcels company in the Benelux, and also operate mail and parcel networks in Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. For deliveries in other countries in Europe PostNL works together with local mail and parcel companies.
What is the delivery time?
PostNL
In the Netherlands, you can expect your order within 2 working days. When placing deliveries in other countries in Europe, you will receive your order between 2 to 5 working days, depending on the choice of delivery service.
PostNL delivers to all countries in Europe on Monday to Friday between 8:30AM and 9:30PM and on Saturday between 8.30AM and 5PM – Sundays and Dutch Holidays excluded. Orders placed in the weekend are processed on Monday during opening hours.
You will receive a track and trace number, with which you can check the status of your order online through the website of PostNL. If you have registered as a member of Style and Stories you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Yes, you can have the order delivered to another address by using the option ´different delivery address´. Nonetheless, if you pay by credit card and if it is your first order the delivery must be send to your address. This is due to security reasons.
Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, your orders are insured against theft and damage during the shipment from the office of Style and Stories to your delivery address for a value up to 500 euros through the services PostNL. The insurance coverage finishes once the order has been transported and signed for at the delivery address.
As we want to make sure that your orders arrive in perfect condition, we request a proof of delivery for all orders and therefore only authorize deliveries with a signature. Please note that at the Kiala Point your identification will be checked before they hand over your package. You will also be asked to sign on delivery.
Does Style and Stories ship to multiple addresses?
We can only deliver to one address per order. If you want to send your purchases to different addresses, we advise you to place a separate order for each destination.
Which countries does Style and Stories deliver to?
Style and Stories delivers to all countries within Europe. For orders outside Europe, please contact us by e-mail at customercare@styleandstories.com.
Will I be charged for any import tax duties?
In case you place an order outside the EU, you will have to pay for the customs or import duties. We don´t manage neither these costs nor the amount.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Prior to your order being prepared for transport we can cancel it, change the size or change the billing and delivery details. Nevertheless, we cannot combine orders or add orders to an existing one once the order has been placed.

What payment methods does Style and Stories accept and can I safely pay online?
All payments are processed through a secure SSL checkout system provided by Buckaroo. Buckaroo is a Dutch award winning Payment Service Provider with over 10 years experience in providing secure and easy online payment processing for webshops. It is the fastest growing Payment Service Providers in the Netherlands.
Style and Stories accepts several methods of payment:

Bancontact / Mistercash
Bancontact / Mister Cash has become the payment method of choice for Belgian consumers. Payments are safe, fast and easy by using your own bank pass and your bank’s secure website. Style and Stories does not charge any extra costs for Bancontact / Mistercash payments.
Credit card
Style and Stories accepts payments with the most popular credit cards, such as VISA and MasterCard. You fill in your credit card details via our secure SSL procedure, and we then liaise with the credit card company to finalize the transaction.
If you order for the first time and you pay with your credit card, your package must be send to your billing or work address. Please make sure that you fill in your details correctly when placing the order, this way any delays with regard to your order can be avoided.
If you choose this option you will be charged €0,30 + 3,3% of the total value of your purchase.
Sofortbanking
SOFORT Banking is one of the fastest growing payment methods in Europe. It directly integrates with your own bank allowing easy payment from a familiar environment. Accepted in 11 countries across Europe: Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Czech, Italy, Spain, France en het United Kindom. Style and Stories does not charge any extra costs for Bancontact / Mistercash payments
Is it possible not to pay in advance?
Only in The Netherlands it is possible to not pay in advance through Cash on Delivery. However, you will have to bear the extra costs (18,35 euro incl VAT) for this service. For more information you could visit the website www.postnl.nl.
What currency will I be charged?
All customers in Europe will be charged in euros (except for United Kingdom, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway and Denmark). Customers in countries outside Europe will be charged in American Dollars.
How many days do I have to reflect on my purchase?
You have a period of 14 days; from the moment you receive the order, to see if the product suits your expectations. You can closely look at the product while being in the comfort of your own home.
What is the return policy?
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to Style and Stories for any reason and without any justification. Please return your order preferably in the original packing and you must make sure that they are returned new, unused and with all the Style and Stories and designer garment tags still attached.
The items fall under your responsibility until they reach Style and Stories, so make sure they are packed properly in order to avoid any damage. We do not hold any responsibility over any items that are returned to us wrongly. All returned items will be checked and those that do not meet our policy requirements will not be accepted and sent back to the client at his or her own costs. Also, packages that are insufficiently franked or that are send back after the reflection period will not be accepted and sent back to the client at his or her own costs.
Please note, that pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety (see article 10 of our terms and conditions).
What are the costs to return my order?
In case you would like to return your purchase we will refund the value of the product including the original paid delivery costs. However, you will have to pay for the costs of the return delivery.
Will the full value of my order be paid back?
Yes you will receive the full value of your order back within 14 days after processing your return. You will receive your money back through the payment method used. This means if you have paid by credit card, you will also receive the refund into the account of your credit card.
All sales taxes are included in your refund in case your order was send to a destination within the EU. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You might be able to recover these costs or some of these costs by contacting your local customs agency.
How does the return process work?
Apply the following steps when returning a product:
- Register your return by sending an e-mail to return@styleandstories.com, including your name, order number, product and the reason of return (the last one isn’t required).
- Fill out the Return Form that was included in your package.
